Step-by-Step Instructions
If You Are Logged In (Workspace or Sub-Account):
1. Open Settings
From either the main workspace or any sub-account, click on Settings.
2. Go to Account or Profile
In a workspace: select the Account tab.
In a sub-account: select the Profile tab.
3. Choose “Reset Password”
Click on the Reset Password option.
4. Enter Passwords
Type your current password.
Enter the new password you’d like to set.
5. Save Changes
If everything is entered correctly, your password will be updated and a confirmation message will appear.
If You Are Not Logged In:
1. Visit the Login Page
Go to: https://agents.centerfy.ai/access (or your custom workspace login URL)
2. Use "Forgot Password"
Enter your email address and click the Forgot Password link.
3. Follow the Reset Link in Your Email
Check your inbox for the password reset message.
Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password.
