Use this form when you'd like to invite people to the Centerfy AI Assistant Sub account. This will also give the invited user access the the billing section inside the AI Agent workspace.
Step 1: Gather Required Information
Before filling out the form, make sure you have:
The Location ID of the AI Assistant (this is the same as your GHL Location ID)
The email address of the user you wish to invite
Step 2: Submit the Form
Fill out the official invite form:
Step 3: Wait for Access
After submitting the form:
Wait a few moments for the invite to process
The user should receive an invite email from createassistants.com and be able to log in to the subaccount and have access to the billing section

Q: What does this form do?
A: It invites a user to a specific AI Agent subaccount using their email and the associated Location ID.
Q: Where do I find the Location ID?
A: The Location ID of your AI Assistant is the same as your Go High Level Location ID. You can find it in your GHL account under subaccount settings.
Q: Can I invite someone manually?
A: Yes. You can also go to the AI Assistant dashboard > Settings > Members and add users directly from there.
Q: What if the user didn’t receive access?
A: Double-check that:
The correct email was submitted
The Location ID was entered properly
If all looks correct, try re-submitting the form or contact support.
