How to add an SMTP to send updates, notifications for failed payments etc..


Purpose

This feature allows you to send automated email notifications (e.g., for failed payments, cancellations, or other important system events) through your Resend account. By connecting your Resend API key in the Agency settings, you ensure reliable delivery and control over your email communications.


Step 1: Create a Resend Account

Go to https://resend.com/ and sign up for a free or paid account.


Step 2: Get Your Resend API Key

  1. Once logged in, go to your Resend Dashboard

  2. Navigate to API Keys

  3. Create or copy your live API key



Step 3: Add API Key to Your AI Platform

  1. Go to your Agency Settings

  2. Click on the “Manage” section

  3. Find the Resend Integration field

  4. Paste your API key into the designated input
