A: You can trigger follow-ups based on conditions like “No response after X minutes/hours/days” using workflows, tags, or automation triggers inside your CRM or Centerfy system.
Q: What does the AI send in the follow-up?
A: The AI sends a personalized message (e.g., “Just checking back—are you still interested in [service]?”) and can carry on a full conversation if the lead replies.
Q: Can I customize the timing and message?
A: Yes. You control when the follow-up is sent and what it says. You can also use different follow-up sequences based on lead type or funnel stage.
Q: Will the AI respond if the lead replies to the SMS?
A: Yes—if the lead has the appropriate Active Tag i.e (like smschat_ai), the AI will automatically take over the conversation.
